Troubleshooting
- Long press not working on Switch Control with Tecla Shield
- The Tecla Shield is paired to iOS device but nothing happens with Switch Control when I press the switch
- The scanning is gone, I just see a bar moving across the screen
- Tecla Shield is not reconnecting to my iPhone or iPad automatically or disconnects when screen goes to sleep
- I am using an Android Device but the Tecla Shield is not connecting
