tecla-e can be paired (not connected) to multiple devices:
Once you pair tecla-e with more than one device you can switch between them in the order that they were paired by pressing and holding any switch for 3 secs (you can disable that feature and assign the 3 secs to a different function using the app).
If tecla-e disconnect from one device, make sure it's not connected to another paired device. This might occur by accident if a switch is being pressed and held.
Troubleshooting:
- Check the status of the indicator light:
- If it's blinking orange it means is searching for a device. Something may have happened to the connection, if it doesn't find the device in 15 seconds it will move to the next device in the list if it has been paired with more than one device.
- If it's solid blue, it means it's connected. Make sure it's connected to another paired device. Press the built-in switch or any switch connected to the tecla-e for 3 secs and see if it switches again.
- Check the device Bluetooth settings and see if the device says it's connected or not. If it doesn't show as connected and the light is solid blue, restart your device.
If none of this fixes works, the connection to the device may be corrupted. This sometimes happens after an operating system upgrade. You'll need to forget tecla-e from the paired devices AND DELETE THE BONDS ON THE TECLA-E:
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT FORGET TECLA-E IN A DEVICE AND TRY TO PAIR IT IMMEDIATELY, YOU MUST FORGET TECLA-E IN ALL PAIRED DEVICE, DELETE THE CONNECTIONS ON THE TECLA-E, AND THEN TRY TO REPAIR IT. FAILING TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS MAY BRICK YOUR DEVICE,
