The Status Indicator Light is a multi-colored light located close to the center of the Tecla Shield. The color of the Status Indicator Light refers to the current mode of the Tecla Shield:
White - Switch Control Mode
Green - Android Mode
Blue - iOS App Control Mode
Purple - iOS Classic Mode
Pink - iOS 4-Way Mode
Aqua - Mouse Keys Mode
The way the Status Indicator Light blinks refers to how the Tecla Shield is connected:
Off, then the Tecla Shield is powered off or the built-in battery is depleted.
Blinking (once per second), then the Tecla Shield is ready to connect to the selected mode (the colour of the light indicates which mode it's in).
Blinking rapidly (four times per second), then a configuration button is being pressed and the Tecla Shield is about to change modes.
Changing colours rapidly (four times per second), then a configuration button is being pressed and the Tecla Shield is about to change modes.
Fading In / Out, then the Tecla Shield is connected to a device in the selected mode (the colour of the light indicates which mode it's in).
Pulsing Orange, then the battery level is below 20%.
